This Privacy Policy explains how hgyuskl LLC, operating Hgyuskl at hgyuskl.com ("we", "us" or "our"), handles personal information when you browse our store, place an order, use store features or contact us.
1. Information We Collect
The information processed depends on how you interact with the store. It may include:
- Contact and order information: your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, transaction references, payment confirmation, delivery information and records of returns or warranty requests.
- Account information: information used to create, sign in to and manage a customer account, where you choose to use account features.
- Communications and reviews: messages, photographs or other information you choose to send to our support team, and reviews or other content you submit. Content submitted for public display may be visible to other visitors.
- Device and usage information: information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, shopping activity, cookies and interactions with store features. An IP address may indicate an approximate location.
We do not operate our own mobile app or request GPS location access. This does not prevent Shopify or integrated website services from processing IP addresses or other information associated with your use of the store.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to process and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, communicate order updates, handle returns and warranty requests, answer enquiries, manage store features, maintain security, investigate fraud, improve the shopping experience and meet applicable recordkeeping and other obligations.
We also use email addresses for our own email marketing as described below. We do not offer your contact details to other businesses so they can send you their own marketing.
3. Shopify, Payments and Store Services
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify and the payment providers used for your transaction process the information needed to provide checkout and payment services. We receive order and transaction information used to manage your purchase; payment information available to us depends on the payment method and platform permissions. Hgyuskl does not separately store customers' full payment-card numbers or card security codes outside Shopify or the payment provider. Please do not send full card numbers, security codes, account passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information by email or chat.
Services integrated with the store include Judge.me for reviews, Salesmartly for customer chat and BOGOS for gift promotions. These features may process the information needed for the interactions you have with them, such as review submissions, support messages or cart and promotion information. Delivery, email, hosting and other service providers may also process information to perform services for us.
Shopify may process information for its own services and platform features as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. The particular processing depends on the services used and applicable settings. This policy does not replace a service provider's own privacy notice.
4. Cookies and Privacy Choices
Shopify and integrated services use cookies and similar technologies to operate features such as the cart, checkout, preferences, reviews and customer support. Depending on the services and settings in use, these technologies may also be used for measurement, personalization or advertising-related purposes.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls presented by the store. Blocking cookies may affect store functionality. See Shopify's cookie information for information about Shopify technologies.
Where applicable, you may request to opt out of processing considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under privacy law. You may use relevant controls displayed by the platform or contact support@hgyuskl.net. Platform-supported browser preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, are handled according to the applicable platform settings and requirements.
5. Email Marketing
Our marketing communications are sent by email from our company email accounts. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or by contacting support@hgyuskl.net. We handle marketing preferences in accordance with applicable requirements.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary non-promotional messages about an order, delivery, return, warranty request or enquiry. We do not provide customer mailing lists to partners for their independent marketing, or sell or exchange customer mailing lists.
6. Other Disclosures
We disclose information to service providers where needed to operate the store and fulfill orders, as described above. Information may also be disclosed when you request or authorize an interaction, to meet applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect against fraud or misuse, resolve disputes or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Our statement about not selling or exchanging mailing lists does not mean that no information is processed by third-party services. Certain technical disclosures can be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy laws even when no mailing list is sold. Relevant choices and requests are described above.
7. Retention and Security
We do not specify a single fixed retention period for every category of information. Relevant factors include the purpose of the information, order and account administration, delivery and after-sales support, applicable recordkeeping obligations, dispute resolution and security needs. You can contact us to ask about information associated with you or request deletion; some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
8. International Processing
Shopify and other service providers may store or process information outside your country of residence. Privacy protections can differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must be subject to the relevant requirements and safeguards.

10. Children, External Links and Updates
Our laser products are intended for purchase and operation by adults. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for the store. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@hgyuskl.net so we can review the matter.
Links to external websites and services are subject to those services' privacy practices. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or requirements, update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
