Shipping & Delivery
We do not have a fixed daily order cutoff time. In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after we receive the order. Standard transit takes 7–15 calendar days after dispatch; expedited transit takes 5–7 calendar days. Processing time is additional.
Standard shipping is free on merchandise totals of $80 USD or more after discounts, or $30 below $80. Expedited shipping adds $200 to the applicable standard fee.

14-Day Returns
You may request a return of a non-defective laser pointer or separately purchased accessory within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be new, unused, undamaged and complete with their original packaging, included items and gifts.
A fixed return shipping fee of US$200 applies to non-defective returns. No restocking fee applies. Original paid standard shipping and expedited surcharges are non-refundable; free outbound shipping is not retrospectively charged.
